Mickey's house

Last weekend we went to Disneyland for the day. It was Denton's first visit (if you don't count the time he was in my tummy) and Riley's 3rd (she doesn't remember the other times as she was much younger). Denton had a blast and loved everything. Riley was scared of the rides you would think she wouldn't be (Mr. Toad's Wild Ride and Pinocchio) but she loved the Haunted Mansion, go figure. Denton loved the carousel and would have stayed on it all day if we let him. They of course both loved Dumbo. Riley's favorite part of the day was when she got to meet Rapunzel. We waited in line for 45 minutes to meet her and when it was our turn she got shy and didn't want to take a picture with her. We literally shoved her into Rapunzel's arms and she got some great pics with her and Rapunzel was so sweet to her, talking to her and making her feel better. Now Riley is so thankful that we got the pictures with her, she even took the pics to school to show her friends. We had a great time, but were so exhausted by the end of the day.

Halloween Time

Halloween has already come and gone! I can't believe it went by so fast. This year Riley dressed up as the Tooth Fairy and Denton was a skeleton. We had a blast going around the neighborhood with a big group of neighborhood kids. We had wagons and strollers full of kids going from door to door. The kids ended up with soooo much candy, I had to take some of it to the office (shhh don't tell them that) and there is still a TON left at home. Enjoy the pics of the kids and their friends.
